Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

- Used or damaged items caused by misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
